The Oinoussian Benevolent Fund (Ταμείον Ευπραγίας Οινουσσών) was founded in 1942 by Oinoussians outside the then occupied Greece.

Its aim was to assist those remaining on the island and their families who, due to the occupation, were in dire need.

Though the initial reason for its existence no longer applies, the Fund remains a source of strength and assistance to the community, helping to maintain the environment, education and the character of the islands.
